December 2021 Issue: December 5th, 2021
Message from the President
Hello JSGH Members and Friends,
We’ve reached the end of another year of the COVID pandemic. Although there are no signs of the pandemic subsiding any time soon, 2021 has been the year where we have learned to live more comfortably with the virus. JSGH is a great example of this. Over the course of this year, we’ve been able to engage with the community, have more and more in-person events, and we’re currently planning our first in-person indoor event (with COVID precautions in-place of course). Things are slowly getting back to normal! I think that all of us at JSGH have a lot to be thankful for. With the help and support of our board, our volunteers, and of course our members, we’ve been able to weather the disruption of the past two years well. 2022 promises to be another momentous year for us, and I would like to sincerely thank you all for making the Japan Society of Greater Hartford the organization that it is today. |
Best Regards and Seasons Greetings,
Peter Watson President, JSGH |
