East Haddam Historical Society and Museum Event November 20th – 3:00 PM: Garrett Groesbeck is an ethnomusicologist, koto player, and PhD student at Wesleyan University. The koto, a 74-inch, 13-stringed instrument, has been popular from the earliest periods of Japanese musical history to the present day.
