Our next Nihongo night on May 17th will feature a presentation on Osteoporosis prevention and how to stay in shape and remain fit with age. The panel will include great tips to be healthy and maintain bone strength, and enjoy a great quality of life well into your retirement years!
We will also have food available for attendees. Please bring a dish or dessert to share. We would appreciate it!
